Premier Estate Planners, LLC is registered with the SEC and is required to establish and maintain policies and procedures reasonably designed to prevent violations of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 (Advisers Act) and rules and regulations related to that act as well as to detect and correct violations that occur. Rule 206(4)-7 requires advisers to annually review the operation of their policies and procedures to ensure their compliance obligations are met.
The Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) is a professional designation awarded by the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants to those financial advisors who meet the high standards of education, experience, and integrity that are required of all its members. The IARFC was originally established in 1984. The IAFRC is a non-profit professional credentialing organization of proven financial professionals formed to foster public confidence in the financial planning profession for those members who are truly committed to ethical standards and continuous professional education. To become a RFC each applicant must complete a comprehensive examination covering a wide range of subject matter. Each year the RFC must complete a minimum of 40 hours of professional continuing education. This may include college courses and other credentialed educational courses. It is the only professional organization that requires all of its members to meet and document seven stringent requirements of education, experience, integrity, licensing, ethics, and a significant amount of continuing professional education.
Premier Estate Planners has been a member of the Better Business Bureau since June 1991. This means it supports the Bureau's services to the public and meets their standards. Based on BBB files, this Premier Esate Planners has a satisfactory record with the Bureau.

The National Institute of Certified Estate Planning (NICEP) is a not for profit 501c (3) supporting organization for the purpose of educating professionals in matters of Estate Planning. The NICEP provides sufficient educational courses to certify those professionals that successfully completes the course with the designation of Certified Estate Planner (CEP). The Certified Estate Planner™ designation is nationally recognized as a standard for estate planning excellence. Providing educational courses on estate planning that can increase your productivity and expertise, NICEP has courses for everyone from the general public to insurance agents, certified public accountants, and attorneys. NICEP only conveys the CEP designation to those that have successfully completed the CEP coursework, meet the CE requirements, and abide by the CEP Code of Ethics.

Selfridge Air National Guard Base Community Council
The Base Community Council promotes the continuance and advancement of the relationship between the civilian population of Macomb County and the personnel at Selfridge Air National Guard Base. The organization aids the general welfare and prosperity of the military-civilian complex within the county; the stimulation of public sentiment to these ends, and the sponsorship of such social functions as will promote these purposes. The Base Community Council came into existence in the 1940's with meetings among the supervisors of Harrison, Clinton, and Chesterfield townships, the mayor and city manager of Mount Clemens, and Selfridge personnel. In 1977, the Base Community Council became involved with the Selfridge Air National Guard Base Open House / Air Show and has assisted at every base air show since. Since 1983, The Community Council has been a contributor to other needs such as Operation Desert Storm, the Vietnam Veterans Moving Wall, and the Michigan Air Guard Historical Association.
